Get thoughtful support on what you can't quite untangle.
You don’t need to have the perfect words or a polished plan. Send me a voice memo about one situation you’re working through. I’ll listen carefully and send you a personal voice memo with reflections, questions, and a grounded next step.

Maybe you're constantly triggered by the same things and you're looking to untangle it. Maybe you're wanting to integrate the healing you've already done.

This is a focused coaching exchange by voice memo. There’s no appointment to prepare for and no need to show up on camera. You can send your message when you’re ready, then listen to my response when it works for you.
You’ll receive instructions for sending your voice memo.
Send one voice memo about one question or situation.
I’ll send a voice memo within two business days.
Your response may include reflections on what I’m hearing, questions to help you see the situation more clearly, and a next step to consider.
You don't need a perfectly formed question. You might start with:
• The same things keep triggering me, and I want to understand why.
• I’ve done a lot of inner work, but I’m struggling to apply it in everyday life.
• I know what I want to say or do, but something keeps holding me back.
• I’m navigating a change in my life, relationships, parenting, or work, and I need somewhere to untangle my thoughts.
• I can see a pattern repeating, but I can’t quite see what’s underneath it.
Bring one situation. One question. We’ll start there.

I’m Jen.
I’m a pattern spotter. I listen for the connections between what you’re experiencing now, the beliefs you’ve carried, and the ways you’ve learned to respond.
Through my own inner work, I’ve come to appreciate the gap between understanding something intellectually and being able to live it. Seeing a pattern can be a beginning. Figuring out how to respond differently takes practice and support.
In our voice memo exchanges, I’ll listen carefully, reflect what I notice, and ask questions to help you explore what’s happening—with room for you to decide what feels true and what comes next.
